How do we provide high quality, organic wheatberries, grains, produce and whole foods at amazing wholesale prices and stay competitive with larger grain companies, mills and farms that sell direct to the public?

We buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers! We do this by offering bulk orders to our customers approximately once a month!

What’s the Bulk Order Process?

1. First, Yah's Manna negotiates the best possible pricing with a reputable, quality conscious certified organic farm, mill or company. We offer our customers whatever products they have available at that given time. Our bulk order pricing is set to compete with market pricing, while still covering our business costs. Our main goal is to offer savings to our customers while still being able to afford to continue to operate and grow our business.

2. Once we have items to offer at the best pricing possible, we start our bulk order and immediately notify our customers that are on our bulk order text list! We post our bulk order on our website and on our Facebook Page as well. If we have a current bulk order open, our customers can place their order in our shopping cart directly from the “Shop” page here on our website or they can text their order to us at 830-822-0393.

3. During every bulk order, there is a two week order window open to pre-pay for items that are available on the current bulk order, unless the bulk order sells out sooner than two weeks. The deadline to order and the estimated drop dates are included in the bulk order details. Our customers can choose which bulk orders they want to participate in and which they don't! Once our customers place an order, they are kept up to date on the status of the bulk order via text!

4. After the deadline to order, we close the order and we submit the entire bulk order to the farm, mill or company we are ordering from. The farm, mill or company usually has a 1 to 2 week window to package and ship our order to Yah’s Manna! It takes about 7-10 business days for the bulk order to arrive to Yah's Manna after it ships.

5. The drops are scheduled once we have confirmation that our bulk order shipment is arriving at Yah's Manna. We notify our customers of the exact drop times and locations via text at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the scheduled drops. This allows our customers to have plenty of time to prepare to be at their drop or have someone there to pick up for them.

We now have drops in various cities and towns in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas! And as we grow, more drop locations will be available. When our customers order on our website, they pick their drop location that works best for them during the checkout process!

​​​​6. We keep all of our customers updated step by step via text: when the order is finalized and when the drops are scheduled. If there are any delays expected due to weather or unexpected issues, we notify our customers immediately via text. We make every possible effort to be on time to the drops and we ask our customers to do the same.

This bulk order process is how we are able to pass on the wholesale pricing to you and all of our customers. This method also insures farm to table quality and freshness! As of Dec. 10, 2025, we have provided over 223,000lbs of wheatberries, grains and whole foods to our satisfied customers since June of 2022!
 

We alternate farms, mills and companies along with wheatberries, grains and wholefoods each bulk order. So every bulk order is different. We will repeat bulk orders every few months with our favorite farms like Grand Teton Ancient Grains and Ralston Family Farms for instance. We believe in transparancy, so we always share our sources with you. It's important in this day and age to know where our food is coming from!

We started this company when we were based in New Braunfels, TX. In 2023, we moved to Kansas, OK and started Yah's Manna Farm! On our farm we grow and sell our black walnuts! In 2025, we acheived our goal and started growing organic produce for our customers! We now offer our naturally grown, pesticide and herbicide free produce to our customers every bulk order, along with what we buy from other organic farms, mills and companies! We also offer black walnuts, once every two years as they are available! The should be available again in Spring of 2026! We are seeking our orgainc certificate and hope to get it by 2026 or 2027! WE GIVE BACK

This company has been dedicated to Yah (Yahweh/Yahuah/Yahovah) (Our Heavenly Father). It is not our company. That’s why we named it Yah’s Manna. We give a portion of our bulk orders and our farm harvests to those in need! Meaning 10 to 20% of our profits go to those in need in the form of the grains we order each bulk order, and the first fruits of our harvests from our walnuts to our produce are given away to those in need as well!

We believe Yah is providing needed provisions for His people whether they can afford it or not. As we know, He provided manna from heaven in the wilderness for Moses and His people and He provides still to this day! If you are in need, please reach out to us today!
