We are now a little over 8,000lbs towards goal! PRAISE YAH!!! Thanks for your support as well! We still have alot of promised orders and last minute orders expected, but please help us get closer to goal by continuing to share about this special bulk order with your friends and family! There is something for everyone on this bulk order!
If you havent ordered yet be sure to mark your calendar and place your order before the deadline. I have to turn in our orders to the farms on Friday so they can get our orders ready in time!

I received our samples from Lucy Doudlah and their beans are amazing!!! They are clean as can be and look vibrant and beautiful!!! We made Peruvian El Charro Beans with her Yellow Canary Beans and they were so creamy! I've never tasted a softer, creamier bean before! The Yellow Canary Beans are actually also called Mayocoba beans or Peruvian Beans! But these are grown in Wisconsin! They have a super creamy texture and a subtle sweet flavor that isn't like any other bean I have tried! Recipe coming soon for the Peruvian El Charro Beans!
Our very own Cat made a delicious Tuscan White Bean Soup with some navy beans we had on hand before we received Lucy's samples! My daughter, Cat, is an excellent chef and put together a video to follow on how to make her Tuscan White Bean Soup!!! The link is right here! It was so good that it didn't even last a day in our home!!! It's delicious and nutritious (just like we like it)!!!

What about Wheat Berries?
Remember that we don't always offer wheat berries every month and we only order from Grand Teton about twice a year!!! So get your Idaho grown wheat berries while you can! It may be a few months before we get around to ordering wheat berries again and six months or so before we order from Grand Teton again!
Grand Teton is busy harvesting, cleaning and packaging these wheat berries for us right now!!! Yes many of these varieties we are offering are being freshly harvested as we speak!!! This is a treat and you will taste and see the difference!!!

Easy Einkorn/Spelt Dutch Oven Bread
This is a simple dutch oven recipe anyone can follow to make bread!!! You can substitute your favorite wheat berries, just make sure the consistency looks the same as in the video! Its a NO KNEAD recipe and we have been using this recipe in our home for quick easy bread for years!!!
